"Make sure check the bathroom/shower work properly, my room shower not working properly even they sent plumber to fix. Make sure check all application condition. Last day , after wash laundry and found out dry no power. Contact host, sent maintenance person in short time BUT it's found the control panel totally broken. Not sure why the host didn't check after last occupancy"

"Clean rooms, but need some TLC. Sound proofing was minimal so noise from other suites very audible…through the night…lots of coming and going. Would have been nice to have a lobby. Communication with accommodation was weird - had to find ‘message’ and cut and paste link to get information. Not smooth. Great location though."

"Amazing location. Communication from host was great. Our room was in the back of the building and was quiet from street noise, even though the street noise seemed find anyway. Only downside I would say is that the internal walls are a bit thin and we could hear some shuffling in the other room - but was not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again."

"First, we'd like to say that the 1 bedroom apt. was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. A fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, eating utensils, it's all there, Just bring any cooking foil, and plastic wrap, if you need it. Dish soap, and bathing supplies are included. And a nice location, within walking distance to many things- restaurants, Mt. Royal, arts, and things to do. Also the IGA supermarket is a short walk away, and liquor stores are nearby. Groceries and liquor prices are a bit...

"The apartment felt elegant and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of room to relax and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotless, filled with natural light, and generously equipped. Its central location made it easy to enjoy nearby restaurants, cafés, and attractions. The only drawback was occasional street noise from delivery vehicles, especially at busier times, but overall it was a lovely place to stay."

"The property was very clean, and surprisingly quiet for being a third floor walkup right across the street from a gas station, and the access instructions were clear and concise. However, there were some negatives that would make us reconsider staying here again. For instance, I can honestly say that the furniture in the living/dining area was some of the most uncomfortable furniture I've seen in any room. It was like somebody gave a designer a clean, empty unit and 500 dollars, and said "Go...

"The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. The biggest issue was that the WiFi didn’t work for 90% of our trip, which was a big issue for those of us without data to fall back on. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we arrived and there was a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and formed a puddle outside of one of the bathrooms. The walls were also very thin so we could hear the other guests very easily, but...

"L’endroit est spacieux mais un ménage de fond s’impose. Nous avons nettoyé le plancher et ramassé un porte poussière rempli de saleté. Nous avons nettoyé-désinfecté l’évier de la cuisine qui avait des endroits gluants. La hot de la cuisinière était graisseuse et sale, les tapis dans les chambres étaient sales, les housses de chaises de salle à manger étaient très sales, la porte du frigo était sale, de même que plusieurs recoins du loft."
