"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had a great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Our room was clean and had air conditioning. The street is noisy if your room is on the street side. I requested a change to the opposite side which was quiet. The room was also larger and nicer. I appreciated their willingness to allow the change. The hotel is walking distance to the Vatican."

"Reception took great time with us to explain everything, reviewing the map of the city, and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom amazing.
