There was a large supermarket right in front of the hostel, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Above all, the owner was a very friendly and lovely person, so we felt at ease during our stay.

Welcome spot after a hard day

I am traveling via bicycle, the hotel was about as far away from my route as could be. But in this small town that wasn’t really an issue, and I recognized that when making the reservation. Very gracious host, delicious breakfast. Other dining was not particularly close, but walkable.

Excellent accueil et installation rapide. Bien situé. Appartement spacieux tout équipé. Literie confortable. Durant tout le séjour le gérant s'est montré bienveillant. Très bonne connexion wifi. Le site très agréable et joli. On regrette un peu la clim ( réglée à 19 degrés ) mais chaleur persistante, et le parking non clôturé la nuit. Très bon rapport qualité prix

ApartHôtel très confortale et avec des extérieures bien aménagés (barbecue etc), idéalement situé pour un séjour à EuropaPark ou en Alsace. Le gérant est fort sympathique, et nous a bien conseillés pour notre jouréne et les offres de restauration aux alentours.

superbe appart hôtel

Très bon accueil, chauffage mis à l'arrivée, les studios sont très bien équipés et très confortables. Nous y reviendrons en été pour profiter des grands balcons et des jeux extérieur. Seul bémol, petit déjeuner un peu cher (11€) pour le niveau de qualité. On nous a servi un petit déjeuner pour un enfant de deux ans et demi, facturé 8€ (pain au chocolat posé sur la table ) que nous n'avions pas demandé, il n'a pas touché au buffet, je l'ai signalé lors du check out mais la personne de l'accueil n'en a pas tenu compte et nous a quand même facturé le petit déjeuner enfant. Nous étions les seuls clients de l'hôtel, avions séjourné 4 nuits... Dommage de terminer sur cette impression.

Un séjour parfait.

Déjà la localisation est parfaite, l'hôtel est juste avant l'entree en Allemagne et permet donc de rayonner soit vers l'Alsace soit vers l'Allemagne ( Europa Park est à 20mn environ). Ce que j'ai apprécié c'est surtout que les logements soient vraiment séparés les uns des autres, ainsi si on rentre très très tard par exemple, on ne gêne pas ses voisins de la chambre à côté même si on est (j'etais au premier) sur le même palier. je n'ai moi même entendu aucun bruit provenant des 2 logements pourtant occupés de chaque côté de mon studio. l'équipement est très bien, tout est propre et la literie est extra! Un super U est en face! parfait pour les courses. j'y retournerai sans aucune hésitation.

We had reservations at a restaurant 7-8 km away. Thought we could just “call a taxi.” Turned out we should have made a reservation. The manager called two taxi companies for us as we don’t speak French. No luck. So, he drove us himself! Didn’t want anything for it. Went over and above, in our opinion.
