"A busy Memorial Day weekend with lots of visitors from all over. We were on the second floor, really enjoyed our room, comfy, fitting. We could hear the people stomping above us and our room wasn’t cleaned every day unfortunately.
Service was pretty good front desk guy was very nice(1 out of 2). Who was a nice edition, even the hot tub and the cabanas.
Really happy for the breakfast, especially before a long day of hiking we took advantage of that every morning (along with everyone else!)"
"The room is big and clean, comfortable good quality bedding, convenient location, with Tesla super charger right in the parking lot! The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Sadik and Sude are especially helpful in assisting my husband to scan and send out some emergency documents. Would highly recommend this hotel for any future travelers."
"This was the most disgusting hotel I have stayed at in years! Lock to room door was loose, lock to outside was broken, pool was closed and in super bad condition! No money has been spent on maintenance by owners for many years and the room smelled like dog pee!"
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated being able to check in 30 minutes early. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, downtown shops, and everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"
"I will return to Moab just to stay at this hotel. It was excellent! Everything about it was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were amazing, they have free coffee and a coffee shop in the hotel. The outdoor pool was excellent. The pool was excellent and it was not a zoo."
"This property was incorrectly advertised on Expedia and the hotel said they would refund the cost but then they did not and claimed Expedia would refund the cost. But Expedia would not refund the cost either. The room was advertised as a having a king bed and a double sofa bed and also said it sleeps 6. Not true. The room did not have a double sofa bed and we did not realize it until 11 pm. when we tried to pull the sofa out only to find out it was a twin bed on the floor. My husband slept on a twin bed on the floor. NOT what we paid for! Terrible service. Lied to by the hotel to our faces and on Expedia. Expedia was absolutely no help. I will never use EXPEDIA again.
The staff is terrible, the room was not as advertised and extremely small, incorrect photos and incorrect beds. Terrible never stay here. There are much better places to stay in Moab with much better service. I would never stay there again. The two managers are dishonest people. Also a light just above the bed flashed blue all night long."
"We got through with Canyonlands earlier than expected. The staff let us check in three hours early! We got to relax and take a swim in the pool. After a stressful rebooking of a different hotel the night before, this was a welcome change! Room was spacious and pretty nice. The tv didn’t work great, but I’m sure we could have asked for them to fix it and they would have. I would stay here again!"
"Overall our stay was fine. The location was very convenient. We were also glad to see that there were laundry machines available for a small fee. We ate the complementary breakfast all but one day. The egg and meat choices on the first day were our favorite, but we were able to find something to eat each day.
There were some areas like our shower and bathroom floor that could have been cleaner. When we opened the in-room safe, there was a pair of dirty men’s underwear in there. We had to remove them and sanitize the safe before it could be used. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was ok, just a few specific issues."
