"Stunning setting and what we thought was going to be an amazing stay. Might be our fault for going to a hotel in the first week but as the week went on, the following happened: - charged £700 more because we booked via Expedia - why has this happened? - no systems internally are working, everything was difficult - washing took 2.5 days to happened, when we called up and asked where it was, they said they would find it and ring back but no response till we called the following morning "

"We had a wonderful stay at Dreta Hotel! The facilities, bedding, and cleanliness were all of the highest quality – truly worthy of a luxury hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute drive from Chania, yet peaceful and relaxing. A special thank you to Marie, who was incredibly kind and professional throughout our stay, and to Dimitrios, who reached out before our arrival with helpful information and made us feel truly welcome. "Areti Suites is conveniently located near the Chania airport on Crete, and it was a delight. The room was clean and very comfortable, located on the ground floor right by the pool, which I used as soon as I awoke the next morning. And breakfast was ample and nutritious, with the option of sitting outside. Lovely experience all around. "
