"When we arrived there they had over booked and did not have a room available for us. Although we booked 1 month in advance. Their general manager was not apologetic. Seemed like they had an event and they gave our rooms to some dignitaries. "

"The overall atmosphere, plants , trees, poolside area was charming, The stafff were cheerful,welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and began promptly at 6.30am. Very useful and important for those of us with abusy day ahead! The vening food was cooked to order and also delicious. The water heater in our room did not work but the room was otherwise good and the housekeeping also good."

"I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

"This is a great hotel surrounded by a nice neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable and all employees were very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast had abundant choices and was very good. We ate at the restaurant both nights and there were lots of delicious and affordable food choices. There is a very good view of Kilimanjaro from the rooftop bar. This is not in the main part of town but is a short inexpensive taxi ride away. The hotel shuttle isn’t free but it is fairly far...
