"The dirty carpet in the difficult stairway was my only complaint. Also, I read there would be breakfast, but I never saw it."

"We spent three nights at Le Grand Mazarin this May and had a lovely time. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and decorated so beautifully, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have lovely amenities and a wonderful shower. The pool on the bottom floor is beautiful as well. There is a small fitness center on the ground floor and a restaurant attached on the main floor. Awesome location near Le Marais for walking around and checking out all the wonderful shops, cafes and museums. "

"Booked this hotel at the last minute and what a great find; it’s cosy, clean and safe in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small but very clean and a very comfy bed - worth noting, no aircon. Check in/ out very easy and decent check out time of 11.30am. Staff super friendly and helpful. "

"We had never been to Paris before and weren’t sure where to stay. We are so glad we stayed in the 4th A. and at this hotel! Quiet, nice, nearby many metro stations and the RER C to get to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Close by the Notre Dame and Latin Quarter - very walkable. Also, as two young sister travelling alone, we felt very safe in the area (gay village type area). Overall, truly excellent! "
