Zimmer im 9. Stock mit Terrasse war klasse! Frühstück tipptopp und alles sauber und der Empfang freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber das ist für uns kein Problem 😌.

O atendimento do pessoal é excelente, em especial um senhor e as moças da recepção, apesar de ter havido um único funcionário sempre antipático, que insistiu no antiquado procedimento de carregar nossas malas, apesar da termos recusado. Como não conseguiram alterar o nosso quarto, que tivemos péssima impressão, a Gerência nos mandou um bilhete de desculpas, acompanhado de champanhe Chandon e morangos - muito gentil e pouco usual. No checkout foi oferecido como cortesia um café consumido, pelo senhor que sempre nos atendia muito sorridente na recepção. As atendentes do café da manhã são extremamente gentis, simpáticas, atenciosas e proativas. Embora o café da manhã seja bem simples, faltando alguns itens básicos como ovos (que poderiam ser oferecidos cozidos), atende satisfatoriamente com produtos de qualidade, salada de frutas fresquinha e elaborada com capricho, ótimo suco de laranja e tudo o mais. Os elevadores são muito pequenos e dois deles muito antigos, ainda com portas pantográficas. O quarto é muito antiquado, com decoração deprimente, ainda com uso de chaves que precisam ser deixadas na portaria, com muita sujeira e estragos nas paredes, pisos, móveis, banheiro, armários, limpeza deixando muito a desejar, cofre de tambor com chave, etc. Itens de banheiro de péssima qualidade, como papel higiênico e sabonetes que tivemos que comprar fora. O sistema de controle das reservas aparentemente é manual. No geral, o excelente atendimento compensa tudo o que há de negativo.

La camera assegnata, definita “classica” ma probabilmente basic è più corretto, non è stata di mio gusto perché piccola, rumorosa, con mobilio e serramenti vecchi e malridotti. Quando ho fatto presente la cosa - in effetti non subito - una impiegata ha cercato di scaricare sul cliente la responsabilità dicendo che avrei dovuto dirlo prima, dimostrando poca professionalità per tacere della poca empatia. Dopo aver parlato con il Direttore, persona educata e gentile, ci è stata assegnata una stanza della stessa categoria ma 3 piani più in alto. Comunque rumorosa ma ho apprezzato il gesto. Hall molto ben tenuta. Ottima la colazione. Il personale addetto alla colazione si è dimostrato premuroso e professionale.
