No es un hotel de 3 estrellas a penas de 1 estrell

Las fotos de la app no coinsiden con lo verdadero..hotel descuidado como de los años 70 ...pileta sin pintar ni arreglar..colchones duros nada comodos..ni telefono en la habitacion..atencion del personal bien ..limpieza bien

La habitacion bien era limpio El tema fue que el olor del baño fue horrible por que se ve que respira la cloaca o algo no se la verdad que hagarro todo el olor del baño en la habitacion y ademas habia ruido toda la noche cono si el baño de al lado estuviera perdiendo agua toda la noche no pude dormir nada

Muy buena atención. Lo que lamentamos es que no pudimos disfrutar la pileta climatizada porque se había roto la caldera el día anterior a nuestra llegada... Lo demás acorde y agradable

Asqueroso. Peor imposible

Un asco. Sin palabras. Todo estaba sucio, lobby, ascensor, escalera y especialmente la habitación. Sábanas, toallas, acolchados, cortina de baño, etc., sucios, viejos y rotos. Dormimos vestidos del asco que daba la mugre del lugar. No nos bañamos para no por la misma razón. Desyuno pésimo. Encima caro (aprox. 1800 $ la hab doble sin cochera). No vayan ni gratis.

Bien!! En cuanto a lo edilicio, el hotel tiene goteras por todos lados, manchas de humedad por todos lados, eso desmejora mucho su aspecto. Al estar cerca de la playa la limpieza debe ser constante, porque el loby se ve siempre descuidado. NO hay wi-fi en la habitación. Algo bueno es que tiene pensión completa, desayuno y cena, que te ahorra unos pesos.

El baño, un desastre, se desbordó el agua de la ducha y se mojó todo el piso. La bañera rota y mal reparada. El personal, desorganizado y desatento, en la recepción y en el restaurante. Todo muy desprolijo, las toallas oscuras, falta de limpieza.

De terror

Desgraciadamente reservamos por 14 días. Habitación hiper chica, mesas de luz con herrajes inexistentes o rotos o pegados con cinta scoch, apliques de luz sin tulipas, cables de luz en el suelo, humedad en techo y paredes. Baño cortina súper sucia, humedad en las paredes y techo. Había que ir todos los días al lobby a pedir las toallas (algunas de las cuales con importantes agujeros), olor que subía de las cañerías. Piscina con el agua totalmente verde. Comedor con mesas de aglomerado y enchapado en mal estado, sin manteles con individuales de papel, regatones de apoyo de las mesas desnivelado. Se llovía en las habitaciones, en el lobby, comedor, en el salón de recreación.

Nuestra estadía estuvo bárbara nos tocaron unos días soleados disfrutamos mucho la playa q son grandes alli en mar de ajo y el hotel cubrió todas nuestras expectativas gracias

Cero profesionalidad... mucha predisposición.

La gente que atendía el Hotel tenia buena voluntad pero nada profesional, En la recepción colocaban música a todo volumen como si fuera un lugar bailable, en la entrada al hotel infaltable el trapo de piso, la pileta cero mantenimiento de productos para su higiene, el ascensor todo de acero , nuevo pero todo chorreado por adentro de mugre, la comida era buena pero el lugar donde se cena y desayuna estaba muy descuidado y si llovia del techo cae agua de lluvia. La gente que sirve con muy buena predisposición, la chica que limpia tambien,el coordinador de actividades que tiene el hotel es lo MEJOR que San Remo ofrece. Hasta que no terminen de arreglarlo no es recomendable.

el hotel esta arruinado. Alguna vez fue 3 estrella pero no ahora!!! No tiene secador de pelo, teléfono, las ventanas no logran cerrarse en su totalidad, las pueras del placard rotas. Si lo venden como dos estrellas seria mas sensato.
