"The property was in a good location and was easy to get to the Metro. I felt it was a safe area. It was also close to the Duomo and shopping areas. Also, the staff were beyond excellent at the hotel. They were always friendly, warm and helpful. The nicest people!!! "The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great."
