The staff was completely unhelpful. The television was broken. The ventilation was poor and the air quality was stale. Customer service was awful.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it doesn't disappoint. It's in a very convenient location and the in room jacuzzi is a major bonus. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Sandman Hotel Langley
The hotel is great. It’s beautiful, quiet, located in a convenient spot, more affordable than Vancouver proper, and has a delicious Denny’s next door for breakfast. If you have points for hotels.com, they give you a voucher for a percentage off too. We loved the property!
