Hotel di Manzanita

"They did not provide any bottled water in the rooms."

"good"

"Truly a unique hotel that deserves a much longer stay. Unfortunately, I only had an overnight so my review is rather limited. First, the interior. The fireplace, dim lighting added to the uniqueness. The drawings and paintings found throughout the building added to the atmosphere. On the outside, walking to the nearby clubs and restaurants, was relaxing. As we already had dinner, this was more of a nature walk than anything else. the staff were nice and professional. The room that we had was...

"Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in awhile! They upgraded me and even let me extend my checkout super late! The staff was awesome! Place super clean! Will stay again while in area!"

"We love this property - It is not fancy - but it is clean and well maintained. During the recent 2 night stay, we did not find the staff as conscientious as usual. There was never any coffee in the lobby as in the past, besides druing breakfast. Even during breakfast, they did not make sure there was coffee made. On Friday, of our stay the front desk staff was asleep. He did get me some decaf coffee packets for the coffee maker in the room later and was accomadating and pleasent. The room...

"The receptionist started helping another couple before she was done with me, which included adding my hotel loyalty information to my account and applying it to my stay. I called her back to continue to support me and she did not. She was not at all interested in providing good or great customer service, which is not usual for Wyndham properties. Usually staff are trained to be better. At my departure, housekeeping unlocked my door and walked in while I was getting ready to leave. It was not...

"It was an okay lobby defending needed to be cleaned and fluffed.. staff was good the room Bath tub had hair in it . You also have to pay to park each night"

"Best hotel I’ve stayed in during my / week road trip. The feller that checked me in was super professional. Also I was late for breakfast and lady cleaning up helped me out. Good people."

"I left an item in the room. Didn’t realize until we were at the airport. Staff was incredible about following up and getting the item in the mail."

"The bathrooms in the rooms were great and the ventilation was superb! The mirror did not fog up while showering. The breakfast was just mediocre. We got charged for parking when we didn’t park there but it was promptly fixed once I called. Just annoying that it was a question at check-in which we said we didn’t have a car and we still got charged."
