"I traveled with a dog, so the hotel worked well at a good price. The carpet was old and stained, so that didn’t look so nice, but the place was otherwise clean. Stairwells smell musty and elevators buzz too much but they worked just fine. Hallways were too warm (summer time), but ac kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast was very basic, but it was kept refilled. Grounds were clean. Pool and hot tub seemed to be clean and working. Staff were all polite and helpful. TV worked ok. Room had a...

"It has nice and spacious rooms. They do need to get some pest services done for the several black ants I saw in the room."

"We enjoyed our stay. Nice place to stay, ample parking, safe and easy access to what we’d like. We had a standard room without the view and it was spacious for 2 queen beds and also had a sofa and writing desk. Few things to note, TV is quite old and difficult to enjoy, Just 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people is quite weird, and in the evening around 8pm, elevators were heavily fragrant which made us feel almost nauseous."

"This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!"

"Convenient stop on way to Galveston. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate. Needed extra towels and washcloths. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk. No one ever showed. Bar staff saw me and another gentleman waiting but didn’t call anyone or assist."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was ready so they allowed me to check in early. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was good with many selections. The only negative from the stay, was the noise level. The walls are really thin. I was on the third floor. There was loud talking and lots of noise into the early hours of the morning so I didn't get much sleep the first night. Also, there was a lot of stomping and jumping in the room above me"

"I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable."

"Located 1 to 2 miles away from downtown, the Rooms are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Would love to come back and stay whenever possible."

"This courtyard was ok. The rooms show signs of age and bathroom needs renovations. We stayed 2 nights but the room wasn't cleaned on Saturday. Disappointing facilities but staff were helpful."
