"If you’re wondering whether to book this place, just do it! It was our favorite part of our trip to Greece. It is located in a quiet fishing village. The views are amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evenings. The hosts are so kind and helpful. "Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! "

"Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall...

"Tres bel hotel avec une super vue sur la mer et une grande piscine. Plage privée agréable ! Endroit paisible isolé de tout. Chalkida est a 10 minutes en voiture. L’hotel est agréable et propre. Le personnel est tres accueillant ! Pour s’y rendre nous avons pris la compagnie de taxi de l’hotel qui est tres professionnel ! Les activités proposées a la plage sont du canoë et du trampoline sur l’eau. L’hotel est en demi-pension et il y a un restaurant a la plage et a la piscine pour le midi."

"The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special."
