I booked this hotel for two nights but checked out after the first night because the experience was awful. When I arrived at 4:30 pm, I was given a room code, only to find the door open and dirty towels everywhere—the room hadn’t even been cleaned. I had a wedding at 6:00 pm and planned to use that time to get ready, but instead I had to wait 15–20 minutes since no one was at the front desk. When an employee finally arrived, I asked why my room wasn’t ready. Instead of answering politely, she yelled at me and my partner, accusing us of “blaming her.” She was the only staff member available—who else was I supposed to ask? A simple apology would have been enough, but she was rude, unprofessional, and showed no accountability. Another staff member eventually moved us into a different room but never explained it was temporary. Later that night, while I was at the wedding, I got two missed calls and a voicemail saying I had to move out because that room was booked for someone else. This was never told to me earlier. I had to leave the wedding to move all my belongings while staff stood by watching. The hotel provides no safes, and in the rush I lost my gold necklace. The next morning, I checked out early and forfeited my second night. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else.
