Lovely stay

Close to city center and not far from the trainstation which is good. Had a pleasant stay but the heat in the room was way to hot. Breakfast was ok, much less on the buffet than I would expect but there were bred, yoghurt and some cheese and ham, overall ok. Lovely bar and staff.

Not recommendable!

We booked a night to get a good night's sleep, on our drive from Switzerland to Denmark. the hotel looked nice in the pictures, but in reality it was a mix of a night club and a hotel. (There was a bouncer in the lobby). The room was incredibly hot and the air conditioning did not work. In general, it was also quite dirty. The fridge in the rooms was also dirty and not emptied of other guests' leftovers. We were very disappointed!

A place in the center of Mannheim, with easy access to historic buildings, the Rhine, shopping, restaurants. The hotel is nice, you feel like family, you have everything you need for a stay in Mannheim.

Our room was filthy. Stains on most walls, the table, the toilet. Alao food stains on the pillow but we didnt eat in the room, and sesame seeds in the bed along with various unrecognisable stains on the doona. Staff not that surprisrd by our feedback, and no resolution offerred . Dont waste your hard earned money on this place! Theres plenty of better options likely in better locations too!

cheaper hotel, but you pay a high price

In the room are missing by arrival all towels - when asking at the reception they found only one piece. The hotel is in an older building, although the management tries to keep it in good condition, sometimes you can tell - for example, there was a 2cm gap under the door = you could hear everything from the corridor Complicated debates about parking. Parking cannot be reserved in advance - OK. Upon arrival, the lady at the reception informs that they only have 15 parking places and there have no more free. She recommends the city parking garage on the street "C3", he says 200m away and points in the wrong direction. The city center is full of one-way streets and reconstructions, there is no map at the reception. I couldn't find the C3 garage at all, the C3 street is more then 500m walking from the hotel. Next day, arrival at 5 p.m., free space is in the hotel garage. It is not possible to guarantee the place if I go out on the same day, someone else can stop there. The receptionist can't answer the question of how parking will be charged if I'm only there for maybe 2 hours = I'll pay €19 for the whole night. The receptionist recomend city garage at street D3 - it should be 200m, no maps, no info how arrive. I parked the entire stay in the Tiefgarage G1 Marktplatz (very cheap over night), which is next to the hotel - the receptionist has no information about it, she does not know for my question.

Toller Mitarbeiter nachts an der Rezeption. Schöne bequeme Betten. Sauberes Zimmer. Einfach sehr gut. Das Frühstück war dann für uns im Verhältnis zu teuer, weshalb wir uns dagegen entschieden haben und nichts darüber sagen können. Für eine Übernachtung top!

比較的便利な街の中にあり、繁華街にも近く、レストランは周囲にあります。また散歩するの公園などにも近いです。朝食も充実しております。今回はエレベーターが故障したり、停電したり、WIFIが止まったりとアクシデントがありましたが、スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれました。

Je suis venu quatre ou cinq fois dans cet hôtel malheureusement c’est de moins en moins bien. Le service et l’accueil est vraiment médiocre. L’hôtel et l’échange sont devenus dégradé et sale dommage le concept de l’hôtel est intéressant et il est très bien placé avec un Parking, mais l’accueil et et la propreté se sont beaucoup dégradé

Ich habe das zweite Mal innerhalb von drei Wochen im Nyx übernachtet. Das erste Mal war alles okay, nichts zu beanstanden. War Donnerstag auf Freitag.  Diesmal war ich von Freitag bis Sonntag für 2 Nächte im Hotel. Beim Frühstück wird das Buffet leider nicht aufgefüllt. Ich habe z.B. gebeten, dass das Brot aufgefüllt wird, weil es komplett leer war. Nach 10 Minuten kam ein Brot, dass innen noch tiefgefroren war. Die Kaffeemaschinen liefen nicht richtig. Beim Frühstück müssen die Abläufe unbedingt verbessert werden. Was aber dazu führt, dass ich nie wieder im Nyx übernachten werde, ist die Tatsache, dass die Polizei 6 Frauen die für Geld ihre körperlichen Dienste angeboten haben, abgeführt hat. 3 der Damen saßen auch an der Hotelbar, eine in Unterwäsche. Laut einem Mitarbeiter passiert das regelmäßig alle paar Monate, dass diese Damen aus dem Hotel abgeführt werden.  Schon bevor wir diese Info bekommen hatten, sind uns die Damen und auch seltsame männliche Gestalten, die sich im Hotel aufgehalten haben, aufgefallen. Aus Spaß sagte ich noch "sie sieht aus, als bezahlt er sie gleich auf dem Zimmer". Dass sich das dann wirklich bestätigt hat, hat mich sehr geschockt. Daher werde ich definitiv nicht mehr im Nyx übernachten.

Godt, hyggeligt og handicap venligt med forbehold

Super godt hotel, godt personale og handicap venligt med forbehold. Billederne er ikke som værelserne ser ud ikke 100% ihvertfald, badeværelset måtte godt være større for kørestols brugere, de har en rampe ved indgangen den lyder dog som om at den går i stykker hvert øjeblik. Det ville være super hvis man kunne reservere parkering da i mit tilfælde at jeg ikke kunne kører ned i deres parkerings kælder da min bil er for høj. alt i alt et super hyggeligt hotel meget centralt i Mannheim
