貸しコンドです。　フロント等はありません、　部屋は広く快適に過ごせますが、事前に宿泊者名を連絡しておかなければ、土日にはプール使用時スタッフにとめられます。 旅慣れテル方や、長期の方にお勧めです。 冷蔵庫、コンロ、オーブン、食器類が備えていて、自炊可能です。 二部屋のエアコンの内の一つが故障していた。

Worth the price

Worth the price. Place is clean, everything is working well. The only downside is the pocket wifi, it’s not that fast but still working, oh and heater is not working in the CR, but it’s fine. Free use of pool, free toiletries and towels! All in all, we had a happy stay and will definitely come back :)

It was a nice and spacious 2 bedroom condo unit. Fast food chain are just around.

NO WIFI/NO PARKING SPACE

Stayed 1 night with my family including 2 kids, Smart Bro has no credit balance last top up was last 18th of May based on the unit , no internet connection the whole stay. Linens are a bit smelly and lots of dusts around. I assumed that there will be a parking space for our car since this is a condo unit but as per the owner named Jes she dun have a parking space so i ended up paying Php 300 pesos for the overnight parking and the guard on duty did not provided a receipt at all.He only asked my brother to sign and log into his record book. The 2 kids enjoyed the pool. That's it.
