"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"Belle chambre, salle de bain magnifique avec fenêtre, bon débit d'eau, l'eau chaude arrive très rapidement. Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back."

"The property is very modern, clean and quiet. It is a short walk to the old town and waterfront. There are many dining options nearby. Breakfast is available from the hotel but there is also a cafe in the lobby that has a variety of pastries and sandwiches at very reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Annecy. "
