I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The cleanliness was top-notch – everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout the property. The pool and beach area were stunning, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and beautiful views.
The room was fantastic – spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a great stay. What really made the trip special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
