"This hotel is owned by a family business and it shows. It is situated in a secluded spot with superb, elevated views over the sea and, facing west, you get amazing sunsets. The staff are lovely, the food is great and sensibly priced. It is small enough to feel intimate but with a full service back up. This was our second visit and we loved it again. It's a great place to simply relax, read a book and recharge."

"Nice hotel. LOT's of kids. Deceiving room descriptions, specifically, the premium room with your own pool entrance - not true for all premium rooms. Our room didn't have direct pool access. We had to walk through other residents backyard area to access pool. It was not well described and awkward walking through other guests backyard area. I would call this property a "sleepy hotel", meaning after 10pm, Its a ghost town and many people telling you to be quiet after 10pm. Food was great! Staff and...

"We stayed in room 108. No view which didn’t matter to us but it was a good location for walking down to breakfast/pool and the spa. Positives: Location - which is perfect, in the middle of the port, just 1 street back from the beach. Reception staff - very helpful and efficient. Less positive: The pool bar where service was patchy and drinks weren’t as high quality as those elsewhere. Pool snacks/room service food was not the best either but served a purpose - if feasible I would advise...

"We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip to be closer to the airport and it was surprisingly pleasant. I only say that because a lot of the reviews made me a little skeptical but it was a nice stay. It is an outdated hotel but they keep it nice and clean. They upgraded us to a 3 bed room which was a bit more spacious + a balcony with a sea view and it was lovely! The water pressure was f a n t a s t i c."

"The pool and proximity to the beach was 10/10. Made the stay here worth it. Would I stay here again? Probably not. The food was quite literally horrible. Being in a resort town 50 minutes from Palma was tough, found 3-5 good restaurants that saved us but we ordered 3 meals from the pool restaurant and 2 meals from room service and took only one bite of each. I will say we survived off the fries and the kids pasta when in a pinch. The breakfast buffet left us wanting more every morning. Staff was...
