"Decor was beautiful but most staff were not trained in customer services, most were able to provide a service but only few understood customer service, it was my birthday and they were informed before I went, I got a complimentary upgrade which was nice, however, attention to detail was banking as they put 2 happy birthday banners on my friends door but not mine and wasn’t there birthday,also they staff in the restaurant sag happy birthday to me after being told, very disappointed"

"I liked the bowling alley on property idea. The gym was decent, some of the equipment was outdated but they worked. The food was great and if you want authentic Jamaican food go to the Red Snapper restaurant on property."

"Considering the property faced very bad hurricane damage only 10 months ago, it is in remarkable shape, almost so that you would not even know it had been damaged. The room was very clean, nice but interesting decor, and a nice shower in a roomy bathroom. Funky vibe about the property. Breakfast was excellent (the only meal I ate there unfortunately). Staff were friendly, and talkative when involved in conversation. I've wanted to stay there a long time and I wasn't disappointed with...
