Room smelled horrible, stains all over floor. Pool was out of order, vending machines out of order. Toilet clogged had to get a plunger. Took 10 minutes to get hot water.

Shower had to run five minutes to get hot water and the lever turned almost completely around so it was obviously broken internally. Wi-fi worked everywhere in the building except my room.

The lobby, hallways, & breakfast area were aesthetically pleasing. However, the carpet in my room was dirty, the chain lock on the door was broken, the smoke detector was hanging by the wires from the ceiling, & the bathroom floor was dirty. Also, the front desk workers were not very friendly or helpful. I requested a wakeup call for Sunday morning, but I never received one.

I didn’t have high expectations to begin with. I knew it was a small hotel in a small town. But I had purchased the king suite the most expensive room hoping that it would be at least ok.
The room was dirty. It was missing furniture. The toilet had not been cleaned and it was bad. Oh boy it was bad. We had to ask them to come back and clean it. The bed had a sheet and the bed cover. No blankets or anything. We had a coffee maker in the room but no cups. Not even the little plastic ones. There was nothing laid out for breakfast and no one at the front desk to check us out.

This is by far the worse motel I have ever stayed in. There is no excuse for how dirty it was. If we hadn't been so tired and it was late. We probably would of slept in the car!

The 2nd room at least the air conditioner worked. Floor in the bathroom was so sticky. Not vacuumed and garbage from previous people still in room. Dirty diapers! Hair in tub. Mirrors very dirty!

Would not recommend.
Not friendly staff. We stayed 3 days. NO BREAKFAST each day except poptarts prepackaged. We had to go buy our breakfast everyday. COMPLAINED THE FRONTDESK PERSON SAID THEY NEEDED TO ORDER STUFF.WELL LAST DAy
STILL NO BREAKFAST. NO Clean towels asked several times finally on 3rd day we got some. The hot tub was broke. It had a electrical light hanging by the side of it still running.

Poor service. Pool was too dirty to use even after "cleaning". No breakfast was ever set out even though it was advertised. Room was dirty, even the clean towels were not very clean. Definitely NOT staying here again.

There is nothing to like about the property. There was no one available to check us in. There was supposed to be continental breakfast and there was nothing. No staff to check us out either. No staff anywhere. The pool was closed because it was being tested for e-coli. Says it's under new management? If this was"new", they need work.

What staff? There was no one on the property Sunday morning at 8:30a. No one at the desk, couldn't even find a housekeeper. There was no breakfast or even coffee and the area for the breakfast was filthy from the day before when we checked in. There was no blanket on our bed and I went to the desk to ask for one and there was no one there. The air conditioner was so loud it woke us every time it kicked on. The smoke detector also made noise. We've stayed here numerous times and I don't know if management has changed, but this time was so disappointing and unwelcoming and definitely not worth what we paid which was more than $100 for the night. There's a Cobblestone Inn in town that we've stayed at and always had a pleasant stay, great bedding and hot breakfast. We'll stay there in the future.

At tge age of 48, and doing a fair amount of traveling, this would be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I called and reserved a room in march, called back and added a second room on the 5th of april. Called 4 days prior to my trip and they only had me down for 1 room. Had to scramble to book other arrangements through expedia.
The pool area was disgusting, the water looked murky and unsafe to swim in, the hottub had light and wiring coming up out of the water just laying on the edge of the tub.
Had to listen to dogs barking in the next door room and our room was in major disrepair. They were supposed to have a continental breakfast, but when we got the lobby at 7:30 am, there was no employees working and no breakfast items prepared. There was no milk for the cereal, no coffee prepared, out dated food in the fridge, and no waffle mix prepared. Called the overnight number many times, and a young lady came out in her pajamas, no sicks or shoes, went into the kitchen area and tried to prepare waffle mix. I personally made 2 pots of coffee for the other guests and we left for the day.
When we returned later that day our room keys no longer worked and had to call in the employee to reprogram our keys.
We watched some one check out of their room, 2 employees went in, straightened up the room put in a few clean towels and were done in 3 min and rented the room back out without changing the sheets or pillow cases. Needless to say I am trying to get a refund for or stay.

We traveled over 2 hours for a wedding. Confirmed our reservation with the hotel on Thursday and I was told we were good to go. Went to the wedding and a few other people that were supposed to stay there and had reservations tried to check in and rooms were not clean or they had lost their reservation. No more rooms were available there or at the other hotel in town. We got there and there were 2 other people that suddenly didn’t have rooms also. The desk girl said we had a room but when we went up to the room, someone was in it! Back at the desk, she said ‘oh, your reservation is for the 30th.’ I showed her my confirmation for the 27th. Nothing could be done so we drove over 2 hours home after the wedding. The manager was not on property while this mess was happening and left a young, polite girl that had worked there for 4 days to deal with mess that had only worked there 4 days! Beyond angry!

We were confirmed by email and called the property to confirm our reservation. We showed up at the Best Rest at check in and were told our reservation had been canceled! This happened twice on Expedia . I will never void with Expedia again!
