"Clean, lovely room"

"I booked this hotel at last minute while on a road trip. I honestly wish I could have stayed more than one night. I slept great. When I arrived to the hotel later in the evening I had a couple of issues which they were very quick to fix. I booked one of the rooms with a water view. It was beautiful and calming to wake up to. I would stay again! I felt safe, I found the room to be comfortable and quiet. "

"Everyone here was super accommodating and nice, and airport shuttle guy was excellent! Would recommend to anyone coming to Boston that doesn’t want to pay downtown money lol. Even then vicinity is not far at all "

"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

"Small, cozy place that was outfitted incredibly well, decorated well with warm, neutral colors, and was extremely comfortable. I will definitely go back to this place if I'm looking to overnight in Newburyport again!!!"

"220 a night for just the room. First night couldn't sleep because the walls were so thin that the neighbors' TV kept us up. Second night they were gone so we slept well. Airport shuttle took 25 minutes for pickup at 9 pm."

"The hotel was really nice and has a near by beach. It’s an hour away from the airport and 45 minutes from Boston. That is my only complaint. Salem is only 15 minutes and the drive there is so pretty."
