"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "バスで朝早く着いて、宿に行くと部屋に案内されました。親切でやってくれていると思ったら、支払いの際にアーリーチェックインしたから、と言って宿泊代の半額分を割増請求されました。アーリーチェックインとかお金がかかるとか、一切説明がなくて、ただ部屋に通されただけなので、代金を要求されてショックでした。親切なスタッフだったのに、この点がとても残念です。それからスタッフは英語を話せないこと、さらにはWi-Fiが使えなかったことがとてもマイナスでした。"

"The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."

"The hotel was well located and well kept. The beds were nice and the continental breakfast was good. Cesar was wonderful! What a nice man and he was so helpful. Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left. He was wonderful and made the stay much better"

They also prepared a box breakfast for our early morning departure. It has a unique decor which we found delightful. Great location close to the main square. "
