I usually stay at this hotel during my business trips because of its convenient location and the reasonable room space. However, this time the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
The service was below expectations, especially for a hotel that I frequently choose for my stays. The supervisor, Mr. Ebrahim, was unfortunately rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse instead of resolving concerns professionally.
What truly shocked me was that my room was not cleaned even once during my three-night stay. There was no replenishment of water supplies, and basic housekeeping standards were completely overlooked. Additionally, the parking area, hallways, and elevators were consistently dirty, and the overall cleanliness seemed to be getting worse each day.
This level of service and maintenance is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes these comments seriously and starts paying attention to guest feedback. Loyal guests deserve much better service and professionalism.
