The bed was dirty, I had to ask them twice to came and change the sheets and pillow cases. The coffee cups were dirty. The bathroom only had one towel. None of the channels worked properly on the tv and the internet was very stressing.

담배냄새가 호텔전체에 쩌려 있습니다.

청소 상태가 불결하고..담배냄새가 많이 났습니다. Wifi가 도중에 고장나서 인터넷도 사용 못했습니다. 리셉션 직원은 친절했습니다. 다른사람에게 추천하기 힘들거 같습니다

Hotel must revise their quality

Quality of service went down comparing to my previous stays. 1. We were 2 persons and gave us only 2 complementary water and when we asked for more they refused!! Break fast quality is very poor which serves at room.. Parking is super dusty and dirty

الفندق جيد ونظيف ولكن اسعار خدمة الغرف مرتفعة جداً قنوات التلفزيون قليلة جداً ولا يوجد سلك HDMI لا يوجد مناشف في المسبح والصالة الرياضية يمنعون دخول عامل التوصيل عند الطلب من مطعم خارجي ويجب عليك النزول لاستلام الطلب خدمة الغرف توفر الثلج مجاناً عند الاتصال وطلبه. لايوجد عصير في خدمة الغرف الا تفاح واناناس فقط.

Nice location its worth it helfull staffs specially operation many MR. DIPEN staff working in tagseem must be trustfull they charge me 20 BD for one drink and its not printed on our bill just by hand which is mean !!!!!!!

كان حزنا غرفتين.. في الغرفةالأولى كان أصوات التكييف جدا مرتفعة ومزعجة.. أما بالغرفة الثانية فقد كانت رائحة الحمام كريهة... الغرفة لا يوجد بها.. مجفف شعر ولا رداء استحمام. ولا نعال.. ومستلزمات الحمام غير كاملة.. بلا فرشاة اسنان أو بلسم أو معجون... والإفطار غالي مقابل السعر.. لا يستحق الفندق اربع نجوم ☹️

Nice

Hotel new ,clean,room big and nice. Suitable for both single and family . It has club in 1st floor . No noise in the rooms. 5 min drive from all cafes amd restaurants. Quit area and easy parking outside hotel . I dont know other reviews why said it is not good. Actulally parking is good but outside. Only 1 thing room clean service not regularly follow up .sometimes u should tell.other wise all great.
