"Totally congested hotel. Not a good option for a family. No window in room. One may finde 100 time better hotel in this price. In breakfast no fresh juice. Breakfast is just like a 2 star hotel. Poorest architecture. In playing room, you can't breath. Just like a Jail. I want to avoid it in future."

"Off the beaten track but very comfortable with nice views and good breakfast. We slept very comfortably and the staff were really nice. Worth staying here for the views but would recommend staying closer to town if you expect to go there a lot. Roads are a bit bumpy getting to the hotel but we only stayed one night so no issues."

"Good overall 4 starts for the view, but didn't expect the property to be soo dated despite paying for one of the best rooms the upstairs tv had no working channels, the rooms in general look tired the whole inside of the building does and the room key card wouldn't work. But otherwise the breakfast was great, location was great for Zingbus and ameneties aplenty."

"We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch "
