Hilltone Resorts & Spa- MANALI :- Worst Hotel

I booked an executive room in this hotel during my recent visit to Manali. Following in my personal View about this hotel. 1 :- Hotel was too expensive considering the services. Vert Pathatic service. 2:- Food quality was worst. No taste. Cold food was served even during buffet. 3:- Very Un-Professional staff. Do not know what grocessery to put on dinning table. We had to ask them for each an every stuff. They do not have enough grocessery. 4:- If you ask for room service, they took it as a burden. 5:- They do not have enough staff. Once they sent security guard to provide morning tea to the room. 6:- For 4 persons, they put ony 2 towels in the bathroom. In totallatity, WORST HOTEL.

Awful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is awful experiencel! We pay a total of 17,000 inr for 2 nights. Poor condition of rooms , washroom dirty mostly like a public toilet and even all blankets and towels.Staff looks confused and lack of professionalism. We have purchase meal buffet and they make us pay for curd ( yogurt).. Indeed I will never advise anyone to spent their holidays in this hotel! Please hotel must not fool people! Because we pay an amount of 17,000 INR..which we could get better price in the city manali.. Mistakes we have done to trust you guys!

Good experience but away from manali

The overall experience was good. The quality of rooms and food was good. The problematic part is that it is almost half way between kullu and manali. So takes time to either reach kullu or manali.

Hilltone Resort, Manali - NOT RECOMMENDED.

In fact, the hotel is far away from Manali, about 15-20 KM. Completely deserted hotel in peak season. We were the only family staying there for first few days. Food ordered takes long long time to get ready. Once I was taking shower and hot water supply stopped in the mid way. Toilet flush was also not working properly. Please do not go on the photos you see on internet. (I wonder, why this hotel had earlier refused my request to shift booking by 1 day as the whole place was unoccupied throughout the week !!). I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
