"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

"What I think should probably be done is the curtains that are facing the street and the 3rd floor for example they should be washed periodically as you could tell how dirty they are from the fifth from the outside. The shower heads should get changed as it to much water that gets out (wasting water). Work on the doors to actually shut by the pool, and back entrance as you have a lot of a/c escaping that can be causing electrical bill to be slightly higher."

"The location is perfect for Granada. Also you can find multiple stores, restaurants, bars etc. in a walkable distance. "

"Great place to get your bearings after a long day of travelling to Nicaragua. The included breakfast is worth it. The place is a bit aged but kept clean."
