Stayed for a week and had the most incredible time. This hotel has the most insaine view of the lagoon and lagoon access is only 5 minute drive away.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! 10/10 we will be back.
This is a private property. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They arrange transportation whenever needed. Monkeys are always visible. The food was delicious. Easy access to the lagoon for a day of swimming and eating.
El Guayacan it’s a GEM. Travelled with my family and stay one night. Wish I had stay for two. Great location, Hotel it’s clean and well cared. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food its also great. They will cook almost anything. Strongly recommended!
From the property to the staff, everything far exceeded expectations. The house itself is so well maintained and beautiful, not to mention the iconic views. But what I loved most is your in a neighborhood so you really get to immerse yourself in the beautiful culture.
Now into the AMAZING staff. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to every single person we came in contact with. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and frankly, like family. I will be referring everyone I know to stay here because you will NOT be disappointed
Place is very nice, beautiful view.
Clean place, only the breakfast is limited because is a small place. I can understand.
Is great for couples, very peaceful and quiet.
Tony and the staff are great. !!
Wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent. Great view. Only problem for me was there were a lot of roaches in the room but other then that great place. Staff takes there sweet time getting to you during dining.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

WE GOT ROBBED AT THIS PROPERTY BY THEIR STAFF. We had three rooms, the staff was helpful with unloading the bags and placing them in each of the room. Every room was missing money, credit cards and items. Love the location, the view and the property but I DO NOT recommend you stay there unless you’re attached to your belongings.
Property loss power during our stay for about 3 hrs. they didn’t even have candles to provide temporary fix. The best thing about the property is the view. But , the experience was tainted with the missing cash and cards.
Lovely property and hotel but neighborhood noisy and loud cars throughout the evening. One night was ok but would not choose property for more than a few days. Didn’t venture out at night.
I can't wake to go back. It was paradise: the view was amazing, and the location is very private. The staff very respectful and cooperative. Marvin was great very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend this property; they succeeded my expectations.
Property and view are beautiful but service could be better.
There was no electricity for about 2hrs from 5 to 7pm, it was pitch dark and no one thought to come and offer a flash light, we had to use our phones to go ask for substitute light and we were given battery candles.
I understand these things happen but given we were the only guests (2 females) with only one employee on the property in the dark, we at least expected an apology for the inconvenience during checkout.
