This place has not been updated in 20 plus years. The photos are not what you get. This is a Clear bait and switch situation. Paid way too much money for this. Brown old Carpet in the bathrooms is unsanitary. Beds should be thrown out. May as well have slept on the ground outside. It was hot and there was only 1 fan that worked in the place for a 3 bedroom condo. I was hoping to cook while here but the kitchen was not supplied well as everything was so old, pan didn't even lay flate on the stove. When i tried to connect with someone it was useless. They avoid you and will not call you back. They clearly know this place is bad and just ignore any complaints. Please know, I understand wear and tear of a rental. This was not wear and tear, this was straight up old and uncared for and horrible that they can post newer photos and then give you a dump. Expedia shiuld dump this company or get accurate pics.

Good location (in summertime, at least) far from the noise of the main streets in Mammoth Lakes. Property is on the older side; ongoing renovations on other units evidenced owners' agreement with need for upgrades. Diane at 101 Escapes, with whom we dealt, was quite responsive.

This location was very convenient and close to Eagle Lodge. I was just disappointed because the place did not look the same to the picture we saw on Expedia, but rather, it looked outdated. We had trouble with the WiFi and asked for the technician to come out. He stated he would come back and did not return for several hours later.

Great family stay skiing

Great place, good service. We are a family of three with a 2 year old. The condo is next door to chair lift, has parking and jacuzzi outside. Apartment is super cute, comfortable and was hooked up with everything we needed for a 3 day trip.

I booked in Aspen Creek, but 101 Great Escapes called me 1-2 days before check-in , they told are they are overbooked and send me to another condo which was very difficult to find during the heavy snow late in the evening the the codo was very old. the parking was very far from the propriety.

Awesome place

We had a great time staying here! After a long day of fishing it was great to know we have an awesome place to stay. Everything was clean and the kithen was great! The only downside was the spa wasn't heated but other than that it was rest and we will be staying here again!

This was a nice roomy place to stay in with our family of four. It is outdated but kept clean. The office managers are not very friendly but they do send helpful emails. Our teenage son was excited to have such great internet access. We were there to be on the mountain so you could walk to Eagle. We left a day early so we didn't get snowed in. We received an email the next day offering half off to stay since the roads were closed which I thought was great of them. We would consider staying here again.

Comfortable family stay

If you like the atmosphere of an outdoor mountain resort, with a chance to cook your own dinner after a week of eating out and sleeping in hotels, this place is perfect. Good starting point for a day in Yosemitee or Stanislaus too.

Great for a family of four

I totally agree with the 4/5 star rating I saw when booking this location. The area is top notch. Ease of checking in at off site location. Kitchen is the bomb- totally stocked with supplies to cook most any meal. Cleanliness is a must for me and this place didn't disappoint. There are movies, puzzles, games, Xbox, books, fireplace/wood and 2 spas. The only negative....we had a little difficulty figuring out the heat. We got it going but found the property management largely unconcerned when called for help.
