"This is an extremely dated and dirty place - carpets soaked through, got all itchy from the jacuzzi, faucet in bathroom didnt work (put in a maintenance request and no one bothered to do anything - the maintenance ticket was even sitting in the office on their desk when i checked out!)
The people in the office were so rude, just didnt really care if I was there or not when talking to them - and the maintenance guys just seemed to spend most of their time standing around smoking)
Be very careful...
