Not bad, not great

Stayed 2 nights for a friend's wedding. The room in itself was OK. Clean. Beds were nice. Bathroom was outdated but "fine". Window was cracked. I would say that if everything else is booked, this is a good option. It's not the best I've stayed at but certainly not the worst either. It's OK. However, strange smell in the corridor leading up to the room. Smells like something have been tried to be removed but not successfully, and now it lingers in the carpet. The breakfast was sub-par. Go to a café instead.

Bad customer service and no breakfast.

Awful customer service. Breakfast should be open on Sunday from 8.00-10.00 according to signs and verbal information, but closed at 9.00. So no breakfast for our travel companions even though it had been paid for. Also personnel were not particularly polite. They did however help regarding our daughter’s needs for gluten-free considerations.
