"It’s a hole in the wall Motel … did not expect much and got what I expected"

"Check-in was great! We arrived early and asked if we could check in because we had an event to go to and the staff made sure our room was ready! The room was very clean and the furniture was very accommodating especially for my husband who had back surgery 4 months ago. "

"There is no pool. There is no breakfast. There is no cable TV. There is barely functional wifi and it's cheap. The rooms were not cleaned well, and there is not daily housekeeping. It might be weekly IDK. The room had 2 pillows, a hole in the curtain, a non functional sink, dirty counters, a garbage bag from the last guest, and an air conditioner that I needed to fix before it worked."

"We stayed here during the Biggest Bird Festival. Great location. 30 minutes to Magee's Marsh stopping by Starbucks on the way and get ice. Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant which paid off on days after 12,000 steps! Also has a bar. Food was a little pricey but very good. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The only think we didn't like was the parking situation. It was OK when there were no events at the Convention Center or Ballroom or Baseball Stadium. But when there was,...

"The staff was extremely helpful and our comfort there was a top priority. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!"

"Spacious suite. Furnishings and art quite plain. Very clean room. Windows super dirty-window washers were on site the week we were there but only saw them do 1st floor public windows. Great breakfast. Great gym. Public parking available in nearby garages for $8 a day. No one lives downtown, so it’s pretty empty at night and difficult to find places to eat late and on Sundays. Lobby is not inviting as all seating is short and small-it’s like a dorm room."

"The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but...

"Food was somewhat stale and lackluster"

"You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave."

"Property was run down and dirty. Carpet was frayed from entryway to main part of room and my husband stepped on a carpet tack. Place was very shabby. Door handle falling off/loose on fire door and outside entry door was broken and unlocked 24/7 - so no security. Place smelled horrible and marijuana smell was thru out the hallway. Coffee maker lacked carafe."
