"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful: from recommending a reliable taxi service app to helping me find an open restaurant nearby at 12am, from exceptional daily housekeeping service to cooking my breakfast in advance due to my early check-out.
