! The hotel staff was thoughtful and responsive - especially the valet squad - we were in and out everyday visiting family in the area - and it was so easy. Being right on the beach was such a bonus - We took advantage of the bicycles and loved exploring the beaches further south...

"This hotel is very comfortable and the room is quite
luxurious
. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms views over the city take in a large vista. The location is close to museums and the Grand Market. My only issue is that it is actually a bit difficult initially finding ones way into the hotel. It requires two elevators from the taxi dropoff to reach the lobby on the 10th floor."
