"The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings."

"As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity .
There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area .
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular
Delightful staff as well .
There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath .
We then used the sauna and steam room .

"It is a nice hotel for sure worth the money. It is not 5 stars but the breakfast is very close to 5 stars and the staff was 6 stars! Has very nice pool , it is the midst of green and if you take a garden room you have a small private garden"

"First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels.
The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful.
I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern.
The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail...

"the beds are very small, and not stable. every turn I wake up afraid to fall. the room very small, very basic.
the hotel very noisy, you can hear everything.
there was a concert in the back of the hotel so there was so much noise since 17.00 until 1.00 am so we could not rest at afternoon or sleep at night.
