"While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a hotel….it’s the staff and people that make the experience. 10/10 experience. "

"The pools were great! The store is wonderful and has all of the necessities and more. The beach is incredible as well! If you choose to go off and explore, there are rental cars and buses very near! The staff is so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed how we were treated by the staff! Things we think need to be improved: Limited kids club hours and it’s not very exciting for children as they often stay in and colour/paint. But the staff is lovely.
