The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove. "The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"The only positive is the location. The room was filthy with stains all over the floor, there was no cold water, both the hot and the cold tap were boiling hot. The toilet was blocked and had to unblock it myself. The shower basin didn't drain properly and so was stood in dirty water when showering. The mug had hairs in it. There were urine stains on the toilet. The whole hotel was just very outdated and dirty and I'm surprised it's still running."
