Booked a non refundable room while in transit apparently only a few hours before arrival. Then plane returned to Paris (origin). Emailed hotel to explain and no consideration offered. NOT REASONABLE

The room is ideal for a couple of nights city break. It is basic but clean, tidy and quiet. It has everything we needed (we took our own travel kettle).
