"All staff were very helpful, friendly, kind and polite including Thomson, the night duty dog and Panther, the day guard dog. Jaja at the front desk is excellent. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide drinking water every day."

"Great deal for a boutique hotel with all amenities of a major hotel chain."

"Overall"

"It was in the center of the City near Financial district. Good amenities. Near many restaurants. The kitchenette is small."

"Great location."

"The towels and sheets are stained. There is a terrible smell on the carpet in the hallways as soon as the elevator doors open.and there's a bar across the street with loud music until 5 in the morning, it's impossible to sleep. "Overall good stay. The hotel is brand new, so everything was spotless clean and good condition. The water pressure and air condition was good too. The location nearby with good restaurants. Easy to navigate around Manila with GRAB. Staff was very nice and helpful."
