Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. pre-paid and 1 room for 4 nights. One guest who arrived early had to move rooms because of condition of 1st, then the hotel boiler failed resulting in loss of hot water throughout hotel and restaurant was temporary pending refurb. The rest of us didnt even bother going and we all moved to the excellent Melia for our extended stay.

Not a Value for Money

No hot water, no wifi in my room, hot temperature in the restaurant area, hot temperature in the corridor. Felt like the hotel was either half built or long gone forgotten but still trying to exist.

Pengalaman 1 malam di Sahid Hotel Makassar

Kondisi hotel sudah tua, tidak terawat. AC sentral sudah tidak berfungsi dan diganti dengan AC split. Bekas bobokan pemasangan ac baru tidak di finishing ulang, dan wallpaper sudah banyak mengelupas diberbagai area. Meja meja sudah tidak berdiri tegak karena sebagian besar kaki sudah patah dan miring. Kondisi bantal dan linen sudah tidak layak pakai. Sudah kempes dan linen kuning. Sofa sofa dipublic area sudah jebol semua dan upholstery nya sangat kotor. Hal yg baik dari hotel hanya lokasinya saja dan pelayanan staff masih dikatagorikan baik
