"I called the Hotel. At 1st instance they said room is not available at such low cost. Then again they called me and said they can arrange the dormitory in the rate I booked. I told them that I booked Double Delexe Room with AC With attached bath, then how you can give me Dormitory?. Then they offered me double Room but for that I have to pay three times extra per day. This is complete unprofessional behaviour from hotel. They are offering lower cost on Expedia. And in actual they are asking four to five times the amount, we actually booked."

"On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they refused to refund entirely. We even asked them to refund at least one of the three days still available in our stay, they were aggressive and said they would NOT REFUND! PERIOD!!!"
