"Room was ok but went to have a shower in the morning no hot water, front desk couldn't really help me or offer a partial refund. would have to think really hard about staying there again."

"Is a newish and great pet friendly motel near the wineries. Very clean and simple service matched what was expected in Australia for an accommodation of this type. To note that while pet friendly there isn't much it offers other than allowing it to sleep in your bedroom, for instance there isn't much of an external space to play with your furry friend (the photos can mislead to think there are). Also, there isn't much around, for the most you need to drive. If your expectations are right, is a great option."

"Hotel is conveniently located in Braddon and close to the city center, with good value breakfast and spacious rooms. The rooms, however, are renovated poorly - there were cracks in the furniture, dirt, and overall it seemed like a hotel is quite old and needs proper renovation."

"Employee on front desk when we arrived was very friendly, helpful and cheerful! Complex is huge with lots of rooms. Ours was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Heater was fairly new and did a fabulous job keeping us warm during a Canberra winter night and morning! Parking was close to the entrance to our block and easy to negotiate. A large school group arrived into our block shortly after we settled into our room which was a little daunting, but honestly they made very little noise or caused any problems - very impressed with their behaviour!!! There was a restaurant onsite, but we didn’t use it as the Harmonie German Club was just around the corner (walking distance) and as we’d eaten there before we knew that’s where we wanted to eat!!! Cannot comment on breakfast as we had to attend a medical appointment early the next morning, so just had a cuppa in our room before departing."
