"The wifi was down, the tv wasn’t working and the cable wasn’t working. Maintenance came to the room and addressed the tv and cable issue within 30 minutes. We were given another tv the next day, but still no cable and no wifi. No elevator was a problem when carrying two big sized suitcases up to the third floor. We enjoyed the food and most of the staff. Just had an issue with one staff member, but the rest were outstanding."
