"Clean, quiet"

"As a solo traveler, I was a little concerned about my stay but it was spectacular! The staff was amazing and even gave me an early room when my flight landed several hours earlier than expected. Everything was clean, breakfast was amazing, and the whole process was seamless. The fire alarm went off my last night there and the staff were quick to react and kept everyone informed. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Germany! "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Was not aware of amenities. No coffee or tea in the room. Location to airport was good and easy."

"Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful The room was clean and staff came in every day to clean it. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. I am celiac and they provided a basket of different breads for me. The two I was traveling with really enjoyed the fresh breads they offered. Love the coffee machine where you could have different types of coffees. The pool and the sauna were nice to have after a day of touring around. We did not get a chance to use the gym. We were there at Easter time and they had it decorated so nice Easy access to bus lines and then the underground. They had free parking and breakfast which is uncommon in Europe."
