Hotel di Main Street Collierville

"Location is great. We stayed here in 2023 and then again this weekend. Staff is great, but hotel could definitely use an upgrade. Hampton is known for their comfy beds, but not so much here. Beds are wore out. Hotel needs to be upgraded, from beds, carpets, furniture to wallpaper!!! Again, a great staff, breakfast ok, location great!!"

"Room was clean overall, decent stay if you can catch the price right."

"The room itself was messy , it was wrappers wrapped under the sheets . There was hair in the towels , I didn’t receive room service until the night I was leaving . Dana the manager was really sweet and the woman who checked me in. Other than that the room was decent . Could be cleaned better . But very nice ."

"Zimmer war sauber, aber das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratze war sehr weich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch nicht besonders toll. Aber für den gezahlten Preis war es insgesamt gut."

"Have not been able to obtain a receipt for my stay. No carts available to take down a ton of luggage and had to make multiple trips. Staff member was rude when I simply asked a question. Hotel smelled of marijuana almost every hall and in the elevators. Would never stay there again"

"Clean room, parking, breakfast"

"The room and kitchen area was nice and clean, but the bathroom shower had a little mold in it and could be better."
