"Gross room that smelled. Didn’t clean or replace towels at all while we were there and didn’t have a proper comforter so we just had to use the sheet at night."

"I was in town for a wedding I was traveling with My dad that is very sick with cancer .I called the hotel a few times talk to the desk and also sent email to the hotel that I would need early check in and due to the fact my dad is on oxygen and has other health issue I need to confirm what time I could get in the room . I was told they could let me check in early and I should call the morning of check in . I talked to the desk that morning ( call number 4 and 3 emails...

"The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again."

"This place was horrible. I don’t recommend anybody stay there. Everything was very dirty, there was mold in the bathrooms and stained sheets. All of the countertops were stained and it just smelled horrible. I booked a room here because the photos looked OK but the minute I got there I had to check out. Really are just a horrible place. They should close down."

"Staff was accommodating & easy to deal with. Pricing for all hotels in this area was very expensive due to FIFA World Cup Soccer (June 2026), so this is what I ended up with. The outside of the property could use a some love. It looks to be renovated but still has the "old" building feel. Room was clean. Floors have vinyl plank flooring-no rug-but appeared to be uneven in my room (lots of visible bumps across the floor). Bed was marginally comfortable. Drapes are just decorative-they don't...

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!"
