"Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni."

"The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower.
The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us."
