"It was windy and rainy when we flew into Melbourne but we were able to get to the hotel easily and most of the walk was undercover which was good. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Virgin luggage carousel to the hotel.
Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable and we got a free shuttle back to the airport at 03:30 the next morning which was handy, given the weather hadn't improved. We'd stay there again if we had a very early flight out of Tullamarine."

"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. "It’s value for money. Kids friendly, has warm pool, hot jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Enough shower rooms. (This facility area is not cleaned often due to high traffic, I feel the floor is a little too wet to walk around. I reckon the cleaning is overall too casually done.)
The room was big, 2 double beds enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. (A little downside is there is a sewage smell when I entered the room, wasn’t pleasant but I just tried to ignore)
I appreciate the early check in at 2pm,...
